How
do I change my password?
E-mail:
Logon
to http://mail.firstgate.net
with your current use name and password. Go to Options –
User Profile to change your password.

Is
ADSL sharing allowed?
ADSL
sharing is allowed. However, you are responsible for all
setup and configuration. Firstgate.net’s support team will
only troubleshoot the first computer connecting to the
Internet. Please visit our DSL sharing page for some sample
configurations. Note:
If you are experiencing DSL outage, our support team may ask
that you to disconnect your network during the
troubleshooting period.

What
OS is compatible with Firstgate.net DSL?
As
of August 2000, Firstgate.net supports the following
Operating System:

ADSL
All
network OS that supports Ethernet.
For
SDSL
All
network OS that supports Ethernet.
Do
I need to install any additional software on my computer?
No.
Firstgate.net doesn’t require the installation of any
additional software onto your computer.
Can
I use my own ADSL modem?
Yes.
However compatibility is not guaranteed.
Please
make sure your modem has at least the following
specifications:
